In Sticky Notes version 3.0 and later, using the same Microsoft account, you can sign in to sync your notes across apps and your favorite devices. Right-click the Sticky Notes icon in the taskbar, and then click Pin to taskbar. But you can pin Sticky Notes to the Windows taskbar to see your list of notes instantly or to create a new note quickly.
